Delivery of Returns
We only accept return parcels sent directly to our warehouse address. Please note that we are unable to collect parcels from parcel shops or lockers.
Right of Return
At www.lykkelandatelier.com you have 30 days of return rights from the day you receive your order.

Returns from Abroad

Condition of Returned Goods
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please pack the products carefully. Returned items must be free from wear, damage, or signs of use.
If an item is returned with visible wear and therefore has lost its resale value, this may affect the amount refunded.
Return Instructions

Attach the return label securely to the outside of the parcel.

Drop off the parcel at your nearest parcel shop or UPS access point.

Always ask for a receipt upon drop-off – this ensures your parcel is insured and trackable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order at lykkelandatelier.com
We recommend doing this promptly to secure the desired product before it sells out.
We will refund the purchase amount of the returned item once it has been received at our warehouse. Processing typically takes 8–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label.
On average, it takes 8–10 business days (Mon–Fri) from the day you send your return until it is registered at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed and the refund has been issued.
Please allow 8–10 days for the full process.
Claims & Complaints
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please file a claim.
Send an email to hello@lykkelandatelier.com including your order number, style ID, and a detailed description of the defect. Photos are appreciated.
Once we have reviewed your case, you will receive a prepaid return label for the faulty item.
